These are points needed to buy certain guild related items. After speaking to a Guildworker's Union Representative and signing up with a Guild, you can trade requested items of your craft to the Guild Representative for Guild Points. The amount of points you can earn each day varies from day to day.

Is there an up to date guild pattern? The FFXIAH guild pattern is most often wrong for fishing. And no one updates it, I have reported errors multiple times and it still shows the wrong things. For instance, guild pattern says Dark Bass for apprentice today, but guild person wants Shining Trout.
