In Dungeons & Dragons, the Gorgimera was a chimera-like creature with 3 heads (one of a dragon, one of a lion, and one of a gorgon), the front half of a lion and the back half of a gorgon (in D&D, a gorgon is a metal-skinned bull). It had dragon wings.
In the Final Fantasy series, Gorgimera has been an enemy in FF1, FFII, FFV, FFVI (translated as Jimera in the English translation of FF1 and Rhyos in the English translation of FFVI).
