Use standard skeleton TP moves (all three forms). The second and third forms also use Crepuscle Blade (AoE damage, 50 HP/tick Bio and Curse).	The first form has a 10' Silence aura. The second form has a 10' Amnesia aura. The third form has a 10' Paralyze aura.
Further Notes
Gasha has three forms; each spawns upon defeat of the previous form. The first form is weaker than the second and third. Its second form wears a helmet, and its final form wears a breastplate. Aura effects wear off after 5 seconds of leaving the range. If the fiend is staggered, the aura effects wear off immediately. Aura effects do not settle in immediately when coming into range. So it's possible to run out of range, let the effects wear off, perform a job ability or spell, then run back in quickly and use a weapon skill or other ability. (see testimonials)
