Notes
- Lottery Spawn from the Stone Golem around (J-8). (Can be as far south as J-9, just had NM pop first repop after killing one at the far south end of that. Best to go by Widescan list.)
- Window opens 60 minutes from its last Time of Death.
- Placeholder can be found on Widescan in (J-8)-(J-9), under three Tundra Tigers and above four goblins and one's pet (Goblin Poacher, Goblin Trader, Goblin's Tiger, Goblin Robber, and Goblin Reaper -in that order.)
- It is not necessary to use Wide Scan to locate the placeholder of this NM, as it is the only Stone Golem in the area.
- The placeholder can spawn to the west of the tower, not just to the east.
- The Stone Golem respawns every 5 minutes.
- Soloable at level 60 and some jobs earlier. (see testimonials)
- Killing this NM is required to complete the quest The Miraculous Dale. The Nyzul Isle version does not count for the quest.

Historical Background
In the five volume literary work, Gargantua and Pantagruel by François Rabelais, published from 1532 to 1552, Gargantua was a giant who ate a group of pilgrims. He was the father of Pantagruel. The book was a satire. Gargantuan is also an adjective meaning of immense size, gigantic.
