Cyclonic Blight has a Drain effect that heals Fuath. Builds resistance to stun. Zephyr Arrow is caused by hate shift. It's impossible to outrun almost unless you catch it while it's casting - it's a weak attack, does 300 at most. Range on Cyclonic Blight is 15' or so. If you outrun it, it won't go off and the fight will continue as normal. Cyclonic Blight(I think it's blight anyways) also gives it a Protect/Shell effect. It however is heavily resistant to Dispel, but I landed it with Elemental Seal. I've also seen Regain and Regen, so it might just be a whole pallet of positive status effects. (see testimonials)
