• Recast Time: 1 Stratagem Charge
• Duration: 1 black magic spell or 60 seconds, whichever occurs first

Notes/Description Increases magic accuracy by 5 per each merit level. Using Klimaform after this ability will use up Focalization. Doesn't stack with Elemental Seal nor can it be used while elemental seal is active.
