Spawn Conditions
Companions/Summons
Repop seems to be between 15-20 Mins, around(G-3). Does not aggro nor is it targetable. Becomes aggressive and targetable after absorbing Guimauve or Bloodguzzler(The actual requirements for Fistule's Food are Notorious monster and Amorph. Any Amorph NM in Konschat can be fed to fistule to claim him). Please note that the person that has hate on Guimauve or Bloodguzzler while being pulled into Fistule will be the one that obtains the key item.
Spawns two smaller Pustule mobs when it uses Cytokinesis. Cytokinesis will be used at every 1/6th of Fistule's HP (83%, 66%, 49%, 33%, 16%), regardless of TP.
If a Pustule is defeated, two others will spawn in its place.
If the Pustules are pulled far enough away from the fight, they will deaggro and despawn completely.
If left to be kited, the Pustules will eventually fall to the ground and spawn two more in its place.
If left undefeated (super tanking), an unknown trigger (likely length of time spawned) may cause both Pustules to use Fluid Spread and split, causing 4 Pustules to be up at once.
Special Abilities
Passive Traits

Historical Background
In medicine, a fistule or fistula (pl. fistulas or fistulae) is an abnormal connection or passageway between two epithelium-lined organs or vessels that normally do not connect. It is generally a disease condition, but a fistula may be surgically created for therapeutic reasons.
