Userboxes on Wikipedia?

I'm fairly new to Wikipedia/FFXIclopedia, and I was just wondering if either I or anyone else could add these userboxes to Wikipedia while making a reference to FFXIclopedia and the creators of these userboxes. Please use either my talk page on this Wiki and/or Wikipedia, or add to the talk page here. I will check this page every now and then until my question is answered. Although I still am, as mentioned before, new to Wikipedia, and I'd like to contribute and/or help out as much as I can. --Wikirolf 12:19, 10 September 2006 (EDT)

I think templates are locally made on specific server. Having said that, you can't have FFXIClopedia referenced in Wikpedia.

VZX, I think he was just wondering whether he could replicate these boxes on Wikipedia with <noinclude> comments in the code saying they were created on FFXIclopedia. Wikirolf, I don't think anyone would be opposed to that idea if you would like to duplicate them for use on your Wikipedia user page. --Ichthyos 02:28, 28 September 2006 (EDT)
I agree with Ichthyos. As long as you credit the FFXIclopedia/creator you can duplicate the userboxes for use in Wikpedia. --Gahoo 08:53, 28 September 2006 (EDT)

Users on server

I have a suggestion (not sure if this was mentioned before in prior discussion):
How about moving the list of players in User on server page to each of server name linked in userboxes?
It's nice to see who are the players in your server that use ffxiclopedia--VZX 18:29, 3 August 2006 (EDT)

Requested box ideas

  • This user has achieved a fish ranking of #.
This one is kind of redundant. --Just Bri Thanks 16:50, 4 September 2006 (EDT)
Done. {{Fish Ranking|x}}

Done. {{Promyvion User}}

  • This user has unlocked all extra jobs.
Well, not what I planned, but it turned out impossible for that exact configuration. But here's something I came up with.
Job Confused

I think this one is also rather redundant. --Just Bri Thanks 17:09, 4 September 2006 (EDT)

If you want to make this one anyway, how about this for an image?

Jobs --Just Bri Thanks 19:54, 4 September 2006 (EDT)
I like the box idea but don't like these images. --Gahoo 09:09, 28 September 2006 (EDT)

Do you have an image concept in mind that someone could screencap? --Just Bri Thanks 23:41, 30 September 2006 (EDT)

  • This user prefers Ninjas/Pirates over Pirates/Ninjas. (Okay, okay, threw that in for kicks. xP)

Also for kicks: "In the Pirate/Ninja debate, this user prefers the Norg Ninja Pirates." --Just Bri Thanks 13:33, 6 September 2006 (EDT)

Like to make a request for UK users to have a UK flag option and not stuck with a cup of tea o.o; Also just wondering why the NM userbox is the welsh flag dragon D: --Drow 14:32, 27 September 2006 (EDT) Probably just a image someone found on google. --Just Bri Thanks 02:03, 28 September 2006 (EDT)

Done. {{UK Player-alt}}

Leet thanks --Drow 04:50, 5 October 2006 (EDT)

  • This character completely avoided the Valkurm Dunes with X job(s). --Tsakiki 13:55, 28 September 2006 (EDT)

What did you have in mind for the image? --Just Bri Thanks 23:41, 30 September 2006 (EDT)

I haven't thought up a good one yet. Perhaps an image of the Maze of Shakhrami or Korroloka Tunnel, since those are the main alternatives. --Tsakiki 11:11, 2 October 2006 (EDT)
  • Why not use a picture of a crab with a (/) (you know, like a no-smoking sign) over it?

  • This user/character has achieved X of 1,350 total job levels. Wow, that's a lot of levels @.@ (75 x 18 jobs). --Picket 23:05, 3 October 2006 (EDT)
