- It doesn't, but in 99.9% of cases with articles that have ` in it, it's incorrect. ' is the apostrophe. ` is a grave accent with Greek decent only used in poetry and song lyrics. If not here, it should be placed elsewhere so other articles don't pop up with it. That and it is NOT search friendly. Limitations/restrictions about using the # sign in a title needs to be noted. Some examples of titles that cannot use the # are Riverne - Site #A01, Riverne - Site #B01, and Mine Shaft #2716. It should also note that the # is used to go to a certain TOC area in a page, and give examples on how to use it.
