It seems to have a very large variable damage that favors the 30-50 dmg range. I have had it hit for 20 damage, then for 49 damage on the next hit. For me it rarely hits in the single digit damage range just before the timer runs out. Test was done in Beaucedine Glacier with Joyeus, Dainslaif, and Subduer vs. decent challenge gigas and demon eyes with divine magic skill at 311. ** That's because you're getting resists. The base damage degrades 1 per hit, and does go all the way down to 0 forcing the effect to wear. Have been testing this plenty on robber crabs in Kuftal. Also, lightsday bonus seems to add 3 damage around 15% of the time for a single hit.
