Provides Regen, Refresh, Haste and Snapshot within a single buff, and stacks with other sources of those effects.

The potency of each effect varies with the caster's Enhancing Magic skill.

Regen (HP gained every 3 seconds) = floor(Enhancing Magic Skill / 7) + 1

Refresh (MP gained every 3 seconds) = floor(Enhancing Magic Skill / 100) + 1

Haste (%, contributes to Magic haste cap) = floor(Enhancing Magic Skill / 20) + 1

These effects cap at 72 HP/3 seconds, 6 MP/3 seconds, and 26% Haste.

Works with both Accession and Perpetuance. May be cast on alliance members not in your party.

Penury lowers the MP cost to 10% of maximum MP.

Cannot be dispelled except by abilities which remove everything such as Extreme Purgation.

Until the March 2013 update, provided a Regain effect.

Speak to Erlene in The Eldieme Necropolis (S), Map 1 (J-8) with your main job set to Scholar level 5 or higher.
