Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account. 
Cannot be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.

- Using this item does not remove Sneak or Invisible.
- Dying or changing jobs does not remove the Dedication effect.
- Unequipping the ring after use does not remove the Dedication effect.
- Using any item that gives Commitment effect, however, will overwrite Dedication.
- Note that although all times are earth times, the two-hour reuse period is continuous time but the 720-minute maximum duration only runs when logged into the game and not in dialogue with an NPC.
