While three other jobs can use Poison II, most do not because of its MP cost. It is, per tick, and excellent poison effect, but the prohibitive MP cost keeps the mages from using it often. A ninja, on the other hand, can have no compunctions about using Dokumori: Ni, as he only burns tools for it, and doesn't need to conserve them as much as a mage would need to conserve MP.
