Effective area radius is 10'.
Like Dispel, removes one buff at random from the affected target, subject to the same restrictions as the single target spell.
Manifestation gives Dispel a similar AoE effect. Fenrir's Lunar Roar effect is also a method of dispelling a group of monsters.
How to Obtain[]
This spell is only available while Daybreak is equipped in the main hand slot.
