Spawn Conditions	Companions/Summons
Lottery Spawn from the aggressive Groundskeepers located in the blue alcoves around (H-9) to (H-10). Window opens 2 hours after its last Time of Death. As with all Lottery Spawn NMs, it may take considerably longer for it to spawn. Despot will spawn shortly after its placeholder is defeated, where it was defeated and claimed to the player that defeated it. Despot will spawn unclaimed if the person that defeats the placeholder is engaged to another enemy or too far away when it spawns. If the placeholder is killed by a pet, and the pet is released, Despot will spawn unclaimed. Despot can spawn even if its placeholder defeats itself (via Meltdown). If left unclaimed, Despot will walk to where it spawned and despawn within a minute. If Despot despawns, his window is not reset. Despot holds memory of the player that caused him to spawn and will be aggressive by radius toward that player.	None.
Special Abilities	Passive Traits
Panzerfaust: Single-target damage with Additional Effect: Knockback. Absorbed by 1-2 Shadow Images.	Possesses +12% enhanced Movement Speed. Upon reaching 100% or more TP, Despot will attempt to use Panzerfaust 3-6 times on its current target. Even if its target is out of range, it will continue to attempt using Panzerfaust when it is in range until it has executed 3-6 times.

Despotism is a form of government by a single authority, either an individual or tightly knit group, which rules with absolute political power. In its classical form, a despotism is a state where one single person, called a Despot, wields all the power and authority, and everyone else is considered his slave. This form of despotism was the first known form of statehood and civilization; the Pharaoh of Egypt is exemplary of the classical Despot.
