Threnodies reduce the target's Magic Resistance by a natural cap of 50.[1]
- Testing before 2014 could not be found to determine the relationship of combined Singing/Instrument skill and and the amount of Magic Resistance, but for the purposes of level 99 content it is sufficent to treat the baseline as 50.
- Threnody effects do not stack with each other.
- Equipment that gives "Threnody +" or "All Songs +" increase the potency of the resistance down and song duration by 10% per +1[2]
