How to Obtain[]
Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered. 
Cannot be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
Quest[]
Must be lvl 50 Dancer and have completed quest The Road to Divadom.
Talk to Olgald in Upper Jeuno (G-7) to activate the quest.
He will tell you of a tailor in Bastok Markets named Matthias (J-9).
Matthias will require the following items to make your order:
- Square of Imperial Silk Cloth
- Square of Wolf Felt
- Square of Silver Brocade
- You must change zones and wait for the next game day.
- You can order Dancer's Bangles or Dancer's Shoes immediately after obtaining this part of the Dancer Artifact Armor.
- You can only have Matthias craft one item at a time, and once chosen, you cannot cancel it.
- Placing the order is a separate step from trading materials. If you place the order before having the materials, wait several days, then trade him the materials, he didn't craft anything in the meantime and you have to wait for the item to be crafted from that point.
