Walkthrough

1. Talk to the Gate sentry in any area Windurst controls.
2. Find a ??? somewhere on the ground in the zone to receive the Campaign Supplies key item. This step is sometimes unnecessary. It is random whether the NPC will give them to you, or make you find them.
3. If you don't deliver the supplies within half an hour, the supplies spoil and it will count as mission failed.
4. Travel to the Stronghold in that area and talk to the appropriate NPC to receive 250 Experience Points.
5. Next return to Emhi Tchaoryo to complete mission and receive 800 Allied Notes

For example, in Fort Karugo Narugo (S):

1. Talk to Gate sentry at (E-11) Fort Karugo Narugo (S)
2. One possible location for the ??? is (J-8).
3. Then travel to Stronghold at (H-8) on second map and talk to Lamurara C.C to receive 250 Experience Points
4. Next return to Emhi Tchaoryo to complete mission and receive 800 Allied Notes
