The Crag of Mea is located in Tahrongi Canyon.
This Crag also contains an entrance to Promyvion - Mea via the Hall of Transference, one may enter by examining the Shattered Telepoint located on a platorm outside of the Crag.

You can teleport here by having the spell Teleport-Mea cast on you.
- You can obtain the key item Mea Gate Crystal by clicking on the Teleport pad at the Crag of Mea.
- Mea Gate Crystal must be in your Key Items for the Teleport-Mea spell to affect you.
