Usage: | /follow |
Description: | Automatically follows the targeted object. Move in the opposite direction to cancel. |
Example: | /follow <stpc> |
Notes[]
- /follow will not work on Invisible players; instead, /lockon and /automove can be used together to achieve the same effect. NOTE: currently the /follow command does work with players with status effect Invisible.
- As with /target, you may specify a character name (/follow "[name]"). The person must, of course, be within targetable range in order for this to work.
- The player can target freely while in /follow mode. The player can engage a monster, if they so wish, and the player will follow and attack the monster until it dies. Once it is dead, the player will resume following the target they were originally following.
- If affected by a movement impairing effect (such as curse) which is then removed, the person doing the following will continue to move at a reduced speed even after this effect wears off or is removed. This can be remedied by canceling and re-instating the command.
- Will also automatically cancel if the follower is hit with a Bind spell.
