The Coastal Fishing Net is available for use in your Mog Garden after completing the quest Coastal Chaos . It can be upgraded to level 5.
Items which enhance your Coastal Fishing Net may be purchased from Ceciliotte in exchange for Bayld .Zenicca in exchange for Bayld .
Garden Assistant Susuroon is added to your Mog Garden by trading a Rusted Coin to the Green Thumb Moogle . You can obtain a Rusted Coin by using Coalition Chum on the Coastal Fishing Net. The coin can be purchased from Ceciliotte when the Inventors' Coalition has the "Second Floor" edification.
Items Obtainable You can raise your net once per real-life day.
You will receive 8 items from your net of the appropriate rank.
Using Sardine Chum will give you 1 extra item of your current rank.
Using Bass Chum will give you 2 extra items of your current rank.
Using Shrimp Chum will give you 4 extra items of your current rank.
Using Mincemeat Chum will give you 8 extra items of your current rank.
Using Coalition Chum will give you a Rusted Coin and a Three-eyed Fish on top of the 8 items you would normally receive.
Trading a Rusted Coin to the Green Thumb Moogle gives you access to the NPC Susuroon Opening up the following options.
"Catch something." - will give you 1 extra item of your current rank."Go after a whopper." - Will increase the chances of your fish being large fish."Aim for a minnow." - Will increase the chances of your fish being small fish.
