With the quest active, go to any Knotted Root location in Morimar Basalt Fields and participate in a successful Colonization Reive. You must stay until the end of the Reive for it to count for the assignment. Then return to the Pioneers' Coalition, Western Adoulin (E-8) Task Delegator.
