If Chione ever fails to cast a spell, regardless of the reason (interrupted, or if the target if out of range), it will always immediately use Rush as its next action on the target with hate once it is in range, regardless of TP. As such, it is possible to anticipate this to easily stun/outrun Rush when used in this way. This frequently occurs when Chione is initially popped/pulled to a safer location.
