There is some confusion over the Alchmist's Stall being a Level 80 item (Artisan) or a higher Level 81+(Adept)item. I am currently skilling by synthing this item. At level 74 I had 6% impurities per fewell feeding and at 75 I've gotten 5% which has continued through present time(level 78), indicating that this is a level 80 item(Artisan). Based on this, I moved the item to the Artisan category and labeled it as level 80. However, the item is listed as Adept (Level 81+) each time I begin the synth. I have since capped 80 with this synth. I have moved the item back to the Adept page as it is listed in game as being an Adept item. But it does not follow the typical pattern of dropping to 5% impurities at 5 levels prior to its cap. Shadechaos 22:55, December 16, 2010 (UTC)

The level category that the NPC gives in game (and the furnace) has not previously been consistent with what the update notes said for level x0 items. Previously, the update notes matched what we would expect (70 is craftsman, 60 is journeyman, etc.), but this time they listed the stalls as Adept. From what you've said, they are definitely level 80, though. And according to the criteria I've been sticking to, 80 is Artisan, not Adept. I'll probably move them back to this page eventually, if someone doesn't beat me to it. --VxSote 20:34, December 25, 2010 (UTC)
Just checked this in-game: Platinum Nuggets, which cap at 70, are listed as Artisan. On top of that, levelling from 59 to 60 changed my rank from Journeyman to Craftsman. As a result, I'm pretty sure the ranks are supposed to go from 1-9, 10-19, 20-29, and so on and so forth. This would explain why the Alchemist's Stall is both a level 80 item, and at Adept rank. --Urth 04:47, January 31, 2011 (UTC)
