Effects range from Damage over Time, to lowering accuracy or defense, to lowering stats (like STR) directly, or even slowing down movement speed. And those are just examples; there are many other types as well.

Enfeebling Magic Skill Cap[]

I'm looking for information on the max cap for this. RDM capped skill plus merits plus gear... how far can it be upgraded? I've heard from friend max skill is 330 but I would like some verification on this. --Alamond 21:14, 14 May 2008 (UTC)


Well, RDM's natural cap is a 276. You add +16 from merits, +15 from Duelist Chapeau, +15 from Warlock Tabard, +7 from Enfeebling torque, +5 from Nashira Seraweels, +5 from Altruistic Cape, +3 from Enfeebling Earring, and +3 from Avocat Pigaches. In total, this comes to a bonus of +69 enfeebling magic, which makes the max 345 actually.
