These missions are unlocked upon installation and registration of the Wings of the Goddess expansion pack. Wings of the Goddess missions are tied to the quest-lines that center around each nation; while all four story-lines are independent, progression through the Wings of the Goddess missions requires completion of certain quests for at least one of the three nations in the past. The table below outlines the progression of the missions and the three nation quest lines. Quest rewards are listed below with the reward from the Bastok quest first, then San d'Oria, then Windurst (i.e., same as the ordering of the quests from left to right). The exception is the first quest which grants a Bronze Ribbon of Service (if not already acquired) and a set of Sprinter's Shoes for any of the nations.
As long as you have finished one of the possible three Campaign Starters, you can start any or all of the three nation quest lines without having to change your allegiance, unlike what you have to do in the present. The general rule is that if you have a received a Bronze Ribbon of Service, you may do any Quest 2 regardless of allegiance. Changing alliances will allow you to do Quest 1 for that nation.
Upon completion of certain quests, a player's rank will not be demoted past the designated medal listed. You must still earn that medal from campaign battles and evaluations. This is designated by the quotation marks around the medal in the rewards column. This also only applies to missions for the nation you are currently affiliated with. Advancing in another nation's storyline will not prevent you from being demoted. Also note that if you are currently lower than the designated medal you will still not be demoted (i.e., having a Moonlight Medal with Quest 13 completed will not demote you below Moonlight Medal).
