Lurking throughout the lands of Abyssea are creatures with a particular aversion towards adventurers. Because of this the creatures have devised clever means to camoflage their presence from even the most perceptive hunter, and instead must be drawn into a battle by force. The only lure which can willingfully draw these creatures into combat are a special class of Demilune Abyssite. Any adventurer wishing to confront these creatures must first aquire a Clear Demuline Abyssite from any Cruor Prospector for a fee of 300 Cruor. Defeating these creatures may yield powerful rewards and even increase the power of the Demilune Abyssite, allowing it to be used to contact even stronger monsters.
