Sky Notorious Monsters are the monsters found in Tu'Lia, upon which access is granted after the completion of The Gate of the Gods. Progression through these NMs involves obtain pop items from a number of NMs in The Shrine of Ru'Avitau and Ve'Lugannon Palace in order to spawn the "God" NMs in Ru'Aun Gardens. The Gods are spawned by trading pop items to a ??? on their respective floating islands, and can be fought unrestricted by an alliance (or more) of players. Defeat of these NMs will grant the pop items to spawn Kirin in his chamber of The Shrine of Ru'Avitau.
