They may be obtained by completing their applicable quests.

Speak to Nhili Uvolep in Eastern Adoulin to begin the quest Saved by the Bell after meeting the following conditions:
- The Communion complete
- Legend rank for all coalitions
- Not currently undertaking the Rune Fencer ergon weapon quest
Rune Fencer Ergon Weapon Obtainment
Speak to Gaddiux in Western Adoulin to begin the quest Quiescence after meeting the following conditions:
- Destiny's Device complete
- Legend rank for all coalitions
- Not currently undertaking the Geomancer ergon weapon quest
