Djinn
A close relative of the Bombs and Snolls, these darkness-based enchanted explosives were found during the time of the Crystal War in a few areas, but have not been seen since. Prevailing theories in their creation argue that they are the result of bomb mutation, due to the corrupt and polluted soil left behind by the Beastmen Confederate. Like Bombs and Snolls they float, inflict damage, and ultimately can inflict massive damage via by employing a self-destruct command.
Djinn typically drop djinn arms and djinn ash, which are silimar to, and can often be used as a substitute for, bomb arms and bomb ash, respectively. As has been elsewhere reported, the exact relationship between Bombs, Snolls and Djinn is currently unclear, and they share a number of traits in common, but, for present purposes, are treated as separate families.

Historical Background[]
The term djinn (also "jinn") refers to a race of supernatural creatures or spirits in both pre-Islamic Middle Eastern folklore and in Islamic Culture itself, singular djinni (or "jinn," "djinni," English "genie"). Djinn are creatures of free will, said to be made of "smokeless fire" (the literal translation being “subtle fire”, i.e., a fire which does not give itself away through smoke), and live in communities much like humans. The word itself literally means anything which has the connotation of concealment, invisibility, seclusion, and remoteness.
