Notes:

  • Timed Spawn on the island at (F-8).
  • Respawn Time is every 21-24 hours (Earth time).
  • Uses all Hippogryph special attacks.
  • Uses "Hoof Volley" (critical single-target damage attack that resets hate) after all of its special attacks. Very rarely can also use it without doing a special attack prior.
  • A tank capable of using Blink or Utsusemi is recommended, as direct physical damage from "Hoof Volley" is likely to be too high. ("Fantod" + "Hoof Volley" is recorded to deal over 2100 direct damage!)
  • It is not needed to have a blink tank if you kite it when it does its first TP move, then stop after it tries Hoof Volley.
  • However, if it uses Jettatura, you cannot run out of range while Terrorized.
  • Uses the Bard two-hour ability Soul Voice. Is capable of using it multiple times during the fight.
  • Known to use the following Bard Songs with a high degree of Fast Cast:

Historical Background

In Filipino mythology (specifically the Iloko), the boroka is a cannibalistic witch who appears as a creature with the head of a woman, the body and legs of a horse, and the wings of an eagle. She was fond of devouring children.
