*There are currently 196 blue magic spells available. This is what can be learned by area. Hoping this will help in planning out spell hunts. Some zones are intentionally omitted, as there are no mobs, therefore no spells. In the spirit of {learning Blue Magic} as you level, if the level difference between the spell and the mobs is huge I'm not including it. E.G.
