Notes:
- Lottery Spawn from the Quadav in the room at J-9 on the third floor of Palborough Mines.
- Placeholder is the Quadav that spawns in the south room, it can spawn as either a Copper Quadav or an Old Quadav. The placeholder respawns every 10 minutes.
- The spawn time can take 2-4+ hrs, even when killing all the Quadav near the spawn location.
- Seems to be around level 25-30 max
- Also this NM is required for Ranger Archery Trial 941. Need to kill NM 3 times for trial.
