- Self-target only. Can be used with Diffusion.
- Like other Refresh effects, this spell's effect will only stack with trait, gear and regional Refresh effects, Ballad, Evoker's Roll, and Diabolos's Favor. It will not stack with the Refresh spell, Field Manual Refresh or Refresh from drinks.
- Overwrites and is overwritten by the spell Refresh and Refresh II.
