There are a group of three lizards on Wide Scan III that are separate from all the others. The placeholder is the first of the three Hill Lizards. It generally spawns at the border of (L-8)/(L-9) (between/around the ruins), but can spawn as far south as the Sabertooth Tiger's cave.
