Synthesis: This is a High Quality Crystal that can be used in place of a Light Crystal in order to add the crafter's "signature" to the item being made.1
Resale Price: Cannot be sold to NPCs.
Waypoints: Trade for 500 Kinetic Units
How to Obtain
Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account. 
Can be obtained as a random reward from the Gobbie Mystery Box Special Dial and similar sources.
