Can be bought from an Atma Fabricant for 1000 cruor. Must have rank 10 in Windurst to be able to buy this.

As of the December 6, 2010 version update, the name of this atma was changed from "Atma of the Heavens" to "Atma of the Full Moon" to avoid confusion with the non-synthetic version of Atma of the Heavens.
