Further Notes
Will 'Level Up' after each successful spell cast. Builds resistance to Stun but will not use Fulmination until it has levelled up at least once. Casts Thunder V on himself occasionally to heal for a small amount of HP and level up. More importantly, after any type of thunder damage is absorbed, it will follow up immediately with Fulmination. The more times it levels up, the more likely he is to use Fulmination until eventually it will solely use this TP move. (see testimonials)
