Post-Dynamis patch, This is now a pop-NM. Kill Satellite Tabars until you obtain a Runaeic Goad.
Trade the Runaeic Goad to the ??? at G-9. Note there are two sets of ??? at that location. The northern set of ??? will pop Animated Tabar.
A message will be displayed stating "Your allotted time is 15 minutes."
The Animated Tabar will no longer warp itself out nor will it spawn any Satellite Tabars.
During the fight, expect Animated Tabar to use Paralyga and Sleepga a lot.
