Note : While only available for use while this weapon is equipped...Once latent is triggered, Tachi: Kaiten remains available even if zone/weapon/job is changed. Because of this, one could trigger the latent in advance until it was needed, then equip the relevent job and weapon for the task.(it should also be noted that you can only have 1 charge you cannot store up multiple charges)
