Notes:

All Air Elementals (excluding NM's in Limbus and Dynamis) will always drop at least one Wind Cluster.
Air Elementals normally only spawn during windy weather, except where noted above. The elementals in Tu'Lia region always spawn even when there's no wind weather.
Central Temenos - 2nd Floor: If the Ice Elemental is defeated, the Air Elemental will morph into a Mystic Avatar (Garuda).
Cloister of Gales: Assists and shares hate with Garuda Prime for the Waking the Beast quest.
Dynamis - Qufim: Spawns at I-7 past the Orcish statues. Defeating it will reduce Antaeus' resistance to wind.
