The base effect of Addle is to increase casting time by 20% and decrease magic accuracy by 20.
This effect is modified by the difference in MND between the caster and the target. Every 5 MND the caster has over the target increases casting time by an additional 1% and decreases magic accuracy by an additional 1, and caps at 100 total MND difference.[1][2] This puts the maximum effect at 40% increased casting time and -40 Magic Accuracy.
Regardless of potency, Addle is overwritten by and will not overwrite Pining Nocturne.
Automatons may cast this spell with any equipped head except Valoredge Head, maneuvers and attachments permitting.Other Uses[]
