- Can be dispelled: N/A
- Utsusemi/Blink absorb: Ignores shadows
- Range: Melee or radial
- Notes: Ouryu's and Bahamut's version is AOE. All others are single target.
- Can last for quite a long time (sometimes over 20 seconds in the KS99 Early Bird Gets the Wyrm)
- Can be learned by Blue Mage but cannot be cast unless Unbridled Learning is active.
- Magic Accuracy plays a large part in success rate and duration, can last as long as 15 seconds on Very Tough targets.
- Pluto's Staff GREATLY increases rate of success (meaning it is Darkness-based).
- Can be easily learned from Naul in Abyssea - Tahrongi near Conflux 3. It might take some time before you see it used though.
