- Enter Rala Waterways from (E-7) Eastern Adoulin.
- Examine the Waterways Overlook at (I-6) for a message.
- Speak to Sainene at (N-7) for dialogue about the construction of the Rala Waterways.
- Speak to Stout Weir at (D-8) for a Broken fuse, Enigmatic Device is closest if using waypoint.
- Speak to Ploh Trishbahk at the Castle Gates in East Adoulin for a cutscene with Arciela and Ikhi Askamot that ends this mission and begins the next mission.
