The Childlike Tarutaru
The Tarutaru are the most skilled race when it comes to the use of magic. They originated from the Windurst Region, and are the creators of the magical automatons known as Cardians. Unlike most races, the size of a Tarutaru does not reflect its age. They are among the most dedicated, yet childish races of Vanadiel. They welcomed the Mithra into their home of Windurst at some point in history, and the two races have lived together in peace and harmony ever since. The only thing threatening that peace is a race of Beastmen that call themselves the Yagudo.
Tarutaru are unique in using a network of skilled mages for teleportation around their sprawling home, Windurst. Two brothers provide a similar service for the residents of Al Zahbi and Aht Urhgan Whitegate.
A Tarutaru in Lower Jeuno, Parike-Poranke uses a unique form of "Brown Magic" to remove food effects.
